[Vision2020] Achtung!

I know about his position on gun control, which I'm not happy with
either, but what has he done or what does he propose to do that
conflicts with the fifth, ninth, and tenth amendments? Does your tenth
amendment concern have to do with abortion rights? What other rights as
laid out by the ninth amendment do you think he plans to contradict?
Which aspect of the fifth amendment does he have issue with? Trial by
Grand Jury? Double jeopardy? Self-incrimination? Due process?
Eminent domain? How many of those rights does McCain plan to give to
those currently held in Gitmo?

The source I've been using for the "goddamned piece of paper" quote is
this: http://www.capitolhillblue.com/artman/publish/article_7779.shtml

I suppose it's possible that the "fourth White House employee" lied to
the "three West Wing sources" quoted in the article. However, when you
look at George W. Bush's actions, I'd say it's a fair claim to make in a
rhetorical sense, even if it wasn't spoken out loud (not that I think it
wasn't - just giving it the benefit of the doubt). Start with the
Patriot Act, add in a little torture, some rendition, and some illegal
wiretapping, and it just goes downhill from there.
