Trolls should be ignored or not, depending on one's wont, or want, or
tolerance.  I ignore them when I am following my own advice and don't
when I'm not.

So, since you are equating ignore with repudiate -- which isn't
remotely correct, incidentally, but I will work with your definition
here because it is convenient -- I would say that Obama is repudiating
Ayers quite effectively, simply by ignoring (as he should) Ayers as a
subject.
