[Vision2020] Rights, Guns, Abortion, Speech, and Death

Not so fast Sunil.......

I'm in disagreement with both Tom and GS on this issue.  Since Terri Schiavo did not have a living will which would unequivocally stated her position regarding what should happen to her in a chronic vegetative state and attached to life support (in this case her feeding tube), Bush, Congress, the State of Florida, Right to Life Groups, the ACLU, her husband, her parents, et. al. had the right to involve the courts in the battle to remove or not remove her feeding tube and seemingly all of them exercised those rights.  If any of you want to prevent your families from enduring a similar fate in the courts, put together a basic estate plan which includes a living will.
