See, I could argue that interracial marriages were also a choice. : P
 
 
Gays in California should write an initiative preventing people from having 3rd marriages and marriages where the couple is more than 15 years of age apart. That ought to break up half the couples in the state.

Yes, It's quite ironic since Interracial marriages were banned in California until 1948.  According to Dale (who obviously struggled mightily with his attraction to men since he insists that sexuality a choice and not something determined by birth), the voting went the way it did because race is not a choice where as homosexuality / heterosexuality is a choice.

Isn't sad irony that Blacks voted 70% to block Gay marriage, the margin of victory on the segragationist and deeply discriminatory intitiative in California was the Black vote.
 
What Gays should do is get an initiative on the ballot to block Black's constitutional right to vote on the ballot in California, then they can get their keep constitutional right to get married, then vote later to restore the Black vote. 
 
(And yes, I am joking)
