For those of you who are interested in tracing IP addresses, the "locator" 
I use is located at:

http://whois.domaintools.com/

After you enter the domain name or IP address, you will be navigated to 
the next page:

http://whois.domaintools.com/tomandrodna.com

>From there, you can go anywhere.

If you download the appropriate software (freely downloadable from the 
above page), it will function in tandem with this site, providing you all 
kinds of info stuff about the domain you are inquiring about.
