[Vision2020] Sali Seeks to Delay Mexican Consulate

I'm not sure what your point would be with this post. An act does not 
override or nullify a Constitutional Amendment. The Supreme Court has not 
explicitly addressed this portion of the 14th amendment and Congress could 
easily exercise its Section 5 powers to prevent illegal aliens from taking 
advantage of anchor babies status as "legal" U.S. citizens. My point stands. 
Not "plain" in the Constitution. No change to the Constitution nessaccary to 
solve the problem.
