[Vision2020] Springtime in Moscow

Hi Tom,

Thanks for this video of today's snow storm.  It's not yet April, but 
Moscow Spring always reminds me of the opening lines of T. S. Eliot's 
Wasteland:

April is the cruelest month, breeding
<http://www.bartleby.com/142/192.html>Lilacs out of the dead land, mixing
Memory and desire, 
<http://www.fordham.edu/halsall/source/CT-prolog-para.html>stirring
Dull roots with spring rain.
Winter kept us warm, covering
Earth in forgetful snow, feeding
A little life with dried tubers.

But in Moscow there is no such thing as "Forgetful Snow"!!!
