[Vision2020] Idaho's 23 Democratic Delegates

I queried Chuck Oxley of the state organization. The DNC has a diversity requirement that state parties must adhere to.

My point is - we include all races, or none. To include just some of the races, is discrimination against the race, or races left out, Black, White, Indian, doesn't matter.

All or none.
