I am not offended by your question, merely puzzled.  Generally, if I
am not interested in a given discussion -- especially in an electronic
forum, where the subject heading usually gives unambiguous forewarning
-- I don't read it.

Sort of like changing the channel on the television when a program
comes on not to my taste, only easier.

It seems to me that if we each only discussed topics that were to
everyone else's liking, this list would be mighty quiet.
