I cannot even imagine a more appropriate manner in which to welcome the 
year 2009, the 46th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King's "I Have a 
Dream" speech, than inaugurating President Barack Obama.
 
His speech from Saint Paul's Xcel Energy Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota 
(the very same venue in which the Republican Party will conduct this
