[Vision2020] [Bulk] Weather Forecast

Am I the only one that finds a 7-day forecast ridiculous when 
yesterday's forecast for today is often wrong?  I've seen 10-day 
forecasts as well.  I'd rather they put their energies into making the 
three-day forecast more correct, first.
