[Vision2020] Snow on sidewalks .. the good news, and the bad .. update

According to the city website, if there is a problem with icy sidewalks,
they want you to phone the police. Call them now, and make a report.
*smile*If you have internet access at work, email them. It seems to me, the
owner of the property is responsible.
