"Moscow Cares" is currently being updated to include videos of the January 
22, 2008 Moscow City Council session.

Discussion concerning the LSI Proposal was recently posted to the site.  
Later this afternoon I will be posting council discussion concerning the 
Noise Ordinance, followed by the remaining topics tabled at the January 
22, 2008 city council session.
