Question:  Who should the police cite for not properly maintaining the intersections of Washington/Third, Washington/Fifth, Washington/Sixth, Washington/Sweet these past couple weeks?
 
And Ellen wonders if the City's Zamboni crew is maintaining the Jackson Street Parking Lot.
