[Vision2020] Vision2020 Digest, Vol 19, Issue 70

Las Vegas has a lovely canopy over it's historic downtown district the entire length of Fremont street.  It has about a billion LED lights that play 1 of 4 animated features once an hour accompanied by song.  I don't believe it blocks any weather though.  Do we have a budget for that?  It wouldn't be as long, after all.
