Make the Moscow Hotel a "mall"!? Don't any of you remember David's Department Store? When they closed their doors back in the early 80's, that's exactly what happened. . .it was turned into a mini mall that no one supported. Then it sat empty for how many years?
And a roof over Main Street. . . . What plans do you propose for our beautiful trees that line Main Street. . . chop them down, cut them up for firewood or drag them off to the landfill?
You're supposed to learn from your mistakes folks. . . . not just go around repeating them.
