<STRONG>Make the Moscow Hotel a "mall"!? Don't any of you remember David's Department Store? When they closed their doors back in the early 80's, that's exactly what happened. . .it was turned into a mini mall that no one supported. Then it sat empty for how many years?</STRONG><BR>
