[Vision2020] Hawkins' Mall

Ok, according to the Daily News, weekend edition, Hawkins Development 
is now going to the Whitman County commissioners asking for help to 
locate their mega-mall on the Washington border of Moscow. The WC 
commissioners and Hawkins sees, and I am going to be generous here, a 
more favorable political climate with the new Moscow city council. So 
what they are asking Moscow to do is provide all the infrastructure so 
that the Hawkins mall can run our Moscow, Idaho located businesses out 
of our town. They are smiling while asking us to lose our tax revenues, 
hoping we are dumb enough to actually fall for this sham.
If the new city council even talks to either entity about this 
proposal, I own a bridge in Brooklyn of which I would like interest 
them in purchasing.
