[Vision2020] questions for Jeff/ was (no subject)

Maybe they aren't screaming because they don't see it as you and a small 
group see it?? Maybe more people see it as the positive thing it is and 
look forward to the future. I am very tired of all the screaming and 
meetings with the same old complaints from the same people. This council 
made a great forward looking decision and it will bode us well for a long 
time and many who care very much about Moscow know the truth of it all.
