[Vision2020] Water and Sewer Agreements: reply from Walter Steed

Walter Steed says (wisely?):
"Locating by Pullman would have had no impact on water
from our aquifer as it would be drawn from the same
basin."

Em, what part of "the same basin" does he not get?  OF COURSE IT WOULD IMPACT US!

If you see somehow that it wouldn't, please enlighten us with your oh-so-great wisdom, Mr. Steed, so that we may 
all be on the same page....like as in, "in the same know".
