[Vision2020] Time Warner Cable Question/Problem

Visionaries:

For those of you with Time Warner Cable, have you been having problems with
"picture degradation" over the last several days?

I first noticed it on Wednesday with one channel, although I think it had
been going on at least since Monday -- since I don’t watch much live TV, I
didn’t discover it right away.  Apparently, they've now isolated an area
problem with that one channel and it will reportedly be fixed around 2/18
(no, that's not a typo).

Since then, we've noticed the same problem on many of the channels:  the
picture kind of breaks up & may stutter periodically and volume may/may not
drop off.  We have a service call scheduled, but I'm just wondering if
others are having problems?
