Jennifer,

I think the question at issue is ambiguous.  Possibly they meant for the respondent to make suggestions other than allocate more money or build X.  Possibly they meant people to suggest thongs like what Sandpoint has done with signage, education, markings, and enforcement.

  Thanks for the survey Sunil! I just completed it but was puzzled by this question:

   

   

  Excluding funding or facilities, tell us what you are aware of in other communities that you would like to see replicated within your community concerning bicycle or pedestrian mobility.

   

  I thought about suggesting they look at what Davis, CA has done to  encourage safety but it occurred to me that any ideas or solutions I could think of would require some funding-making this question kind of silly.
