[Vision2020] ID Transportation Dept. Survey - Pedestrians/Bikes

Thanks for the survey Sunil! I just completed it but was puzzled by this
question:

 

 

Excluding funding or facilities, tell us what you are aware of in other
communities that you would like to see replicated within your community
concerning bicycle or pedestrian mobility.

 

I thought about suggesting they look at what Davis, CA has done to
encourage safety but it occurred to me that any ideas or solutions I could
think of would require some funding-making this question kind of silly.
