[Vision2020] Gas prices...........

my point was that since California is usually $.60 higher, if they are at
$4.40, it's the equivalent here of $3.80, which is close to what the price
is in CDA.  So why is Moscow so much higher?

My father (Thousand Oaks, California) said that regular gas varies day-to-
day between $4.30 and $4.40.
