[Vision2020] condemning rape redux/FLDS

The potential for "contaminated" evidence gathered subsequent to a phone
call that was determined to have originated from a falsely claimed source
has been discussed on several news sources, one of which was Nancy Grace
on Headline News when she interviewed several of the compound's attorneys.

Texas, apparently, has what is referred to as a "good faith" rule. This
rule stipulates that, at the time of the search, if the police seriously
believe the source, which had led them to that location at that point and
time, to be honest and not misleading, evidence gathered as a result of
that search is valid and within Texas' rules of evidence.

Nancy Grace, and several other attorneys (to include a couple Texas
judges) feel that the argument is moot concerning non-admissability of the
evidence gathered from the compound.

Point, set, match.
