[Vision2020] Gritman's Incompetence on CNN

". . . then why are Gritmans patient satisfaction survey marks always above 90%?"--BJ Swanson
Could it be because dead people can't fill out surveys? Or could it be that people that don't like Gritman aren't patients and seek treatment elsewhere? I am sure 90%+ of Wal-Marts shoppers are happy with them too, that is why they shop there.
The real question should be how health experts rank Gritman in health care quality and their administration. I think Gritman has an excellent opportunity to be a good hospital with its current health care professionals, if it would just cut off and replace the administation.
Why, Ms. Swanson, have you not yet publically apologized to Mr. Bass, his family, and resended the $5000 bill? Why do you defend this action and mistake?
Best,
Donovan

Mr. Schwaller,
If you are such an authority on Gritman, then why are Gritmans patient satisfaction survey marks always above 90%? Why has Gritman been awarded the Gold Seal of Approval by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations? I will be glad to give you proof; how about you do the same and also reveal your sources?
Why do you find it enjoyable to spread lies and hide behind a false name? Does that say something about you?

One example that "got out" because of the human interest story. You would shudder at the number of "under the table" settlements that Moscow patients have had to take because of incompetence, some resulting in life-threatening situations. These are much more important human interest stories but sadly the terms of settlement prohibit disclosure.
I will happily wave, one way or another, at Gritman as I zoom past on my way to Spokane for medical care.

Donovan, in your lonely crusade to vilify Gritman Hospital, have you noticed
that it is a, well, lonely crusade? Carl Westberg Jr.
