[Vision2020] Say What? Discrimination

It is AMAZING just how short sighted you can be.

It
has a lot to do with noise - yes.  But, it also has to do with taxes,
safety, the fact that the homes (in most, if not all cases) are SINGLE
FAMILY and should be treated as such, as well as the fact that most of
the "offending" borders are young men who have no regard for neighbors
much less the small children in these hoods that they put at risk every
time they speed, make noise, disturb, etc.

And how about IT'S THE LAW!!! 
I suppose we should all just ignore that City Councils BEFORE THE ONE
SEATED NOW made rules and regs regarding what is considered single
family and what isn't and just let these offenders do whatever?  

So when do you draw the line regarding the breaking of the law?  When do you say "You can break this law but not this one."?
