[Vision2020] Water Concern?

We've done this before Mark...how many learned papers can be found buried in
some archive that are sooooo sure that the Missoula Floods never happened??
I could name others but thats a big one for this area so I will leave it
there but be assured that 'studies/reports/papers' are not sacred.

I'd suggest the GMA candidates do some homework and actually read
some of the studies/reports on our aquifer, particularly regarding
the upper aquifer which if continued to be pumped at current levels
could be in crisis as soon as 15-20 years from now. That aquifer
currently supplies 30% of Moscow's water.
