[Vision2020] Coulter's Dream - from CNN

Interesting point, G. Many of us grew up holding the position that those who were not with us needed to be saved into our faith were they to reach heaven, and we hoped for that result because of our good works with them. However, I knew very few who were so lacking in compassion or tact they attempted first to alienate those they wanted to save.

Ann Coulter has pretty well proven she is mean spirited--this is simply further confirmation.

Perhaps I'm missing something. The links to the video provided by others don't seem to work so I'm reacting to the "transcript" provided earlier.

If Ms. Coulter, as a Christian, believes that salvation is achieved by and through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ wouldn't it be rather mean spirited were she to not hope that all people become perfected, Jews included?

Aside from the rather awkward way that she made her statement, I'm not sure I understand the "outrage." Is it upsetting and extremely politically incorrect to hope for others happiness and spiritual wellbeing ?

    All-

Ann Coulter's books sell big time... She's laughing all the way to the bank. Carl Westberg is right on the money (no pun intended) about Coulter being "pure show business." The more outrageous her comments, the more publicity. It's so obvious she's deliberately aiming to upset people with extreme political incorrectness.

What is disturbing is that many people really believe what she advocates. Millions do believe that the US would be better off if we were all Christians. Correct? What is more shocking than Coulter's comments, is that she is supported by a sizable fan base. She definitely speaks to a large percentage of the US public that admires her frank expression of views that they sympathize with.

She is merely a symptom of a much broader problem in US society.

This is the same Ann Coulter who dated Joseph Guccione, publisher of that paragon of Christian virtue, Penthouse magazine. Miz Coulter is a nutcase, and I think the orderlies need to find stronger straps.
