[Vision2020] Enabling terrorism

I'm replying to my own post because I forgot to mention the following:

The motorcycle manual was supposedly passed around by EF! members.  The 
link between the Unabomber and EF! looks dubious, at least from an 
official standpoint, regardless of what the FBI say.  That's not to say 
that they didn't quickly pass the manual around themselves once it came 
to light.
