[Vision2020] Bangladesh Landfall: Cat. 4 131 MPH Cyclone Sidr

Joint Typhoon Warning Center predictions over the past few days of a
weakening of Cyclone Sidr to a category 1 cyclone at landfall have proven
false:

This is one of the most disastrous storm scenarios on the planet:  a direct
hit on low lying Bangladesh by a super (category 3, 4 or 5) cyclone.
Evacuations are no doubt under way.
