[Vision2020] Prediction/pin drop

I predict that the people of Moscow will be the big losers in the election,
but that your local city council will continue to be an ocassional source of
amusement. (I'm glad that I, as an outside observer, get to enjoy some of
the best things about Moscow without having to pay any local taxes, although
I do channel funds into the coffers of Canon Press.)

And speaking of predictions, there's now less than one year left until Ron
Paul becomes president! Hooray!
