It has been reported by KHQ Channel 6 that UI President Tim White ensured
that the university assumed all costs related to the Kibbie Dome services
and the fully-catered luncheon held immediately following the services to
honor those law enforcement officers and fire fighters in attendance (also
conducted at the Kibbie Dome).  This was in addition to freely providing
accommodations for the visiting police officers and fire fighters at the
Living Learning Center on campus.

These selfless acts not only reflect a strong sense of charity for those who
need it most, they strengthen the bond between the University of Idaho and
the community of Moscow that so many people have felt is missing.
