[Vision2020] Children's Parade Cancelled

Turn's out that the parade noted above has been cancelled, since the parade permit was denied.

I was told by Roger Falen that there is another parade planned by the VFW. I don't have any of the details on that -- I'll let the organizers share that information if they wish -- but I didn't want to cause any confusion about that parade, which is scheduled to take place!
