[Vision2020] Weitz is a civic terrorist?

If anyone actually read the legal documents filed at the courthouse, he or she would see that Mr. Weitz is asking to post a $2000.00 bond in case he loses.  That is to cover only the "costs," not attorney fees.  The document itself contains language arguing that the Plaintiff will not have to pay any attorney fees if he loses, nor will the District be able to seek attorney fees if it wins.   Chuck Kovis
