[Vision2020] Helicopter Flying Limits?

Gotta tell you, it's nothing on the crop dusters flying low over our place. 
I worry a bit, as we are certified organic here, and one never knows what 
left-over chemicals might be spilling from that plane flying 30 feet above 
our house and herb farm...
