[Vision2020] FW: VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR LIONS PARK PLAYGROUND RE-BUILD

Subject: VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR LIONS PARK PLAYGROUND RE-BUILD

 

Hi Everyone:

 

I am a member of the Moscow Central Lion's Club; we are installing a
brand new, $35,000 play structure at Lion's Park (the baseball field by
the Fairgrounds and Safeway) via Club donations and fundraising efforts.
Consequently, we are in need of volunteers to help put the structure
together, and in the ground, on Saturday, June 16th.  The build will
start around 8am.  Volunteers will register as they arrive and be
assigned to a group.  We are hoping to have over 100 volunteers as this
is a huge undertaking.  The Club will be providing a continental
breakfast and lunch.  I feel this is a very worthy cause and any time
you can dedicate to help, whether it be 2 hours or all day, would be
greatly appreciated!!  I have attached a photo of the new equipment for
your viewing pleasure.

 

So, mark your calendars and come help make Moscow an even better place
to live!
