I don't mean to burst your bubble, Tom, but that's what's often referred
to as the "1912 Center", now owned by the City of Moscow.  Moscow School
District hasn't owned it since 1997.

The MSD offices are now located at 650 N. Cleveland, just North of
Bear's Den, at the West end of Bear Field.
 
Notice, however, that I do *not* dispute your allegations of Carl's
escapades with the local flappers.
