Well lucky YOU! You got what you wanted...Proud? Oh by all means you should be proud...you represented the city of Moscow and the citizens so well....and even used quotes that you pulled from somewhere the sun don't shine!
I have lived in Latah County for over 16 years and never in my life been ashamed of this place...but today and this particular message from Robbie makes me want to puke from the ignorance!
Jim I am so sorry I talked you into believing that the people would make up for the loss of the customers you had in the old place. The people there truly loved you and Arletta and appreciated you beyond words. We were so happy for you when you came and happy for Moscow because we knew you would love it here and they would love and support your wonderful establishment. I still believe in the good people and am so ashamed of the others who thought it was a good idea to take away a families lively hood for the fun of it.
I and others know the misquotes and printed articles are not what you are about or how you treat people...Remember what goes around comes around.
I am sorry for the people who have lost this wonderful couple... you really did not know them or about them and have lost them and some of you probably wont remember them at all down the road... all you will remember is this small and insignificant triumph where you had the power to destroy and you did! Congratulations to Mr Hopper and his followers you were so magnificent, WOW I am really impressed and I am really ready to throw up! I pray that no one ever does to you what you have just done...not without at least giving you a cigarette afterward!
What really sucks about this whole thing is the sheer power we allowed this person to have, this person who jumped at the chance to verbally rearrange events to suit his boring boring life and we gave he and his followers the power to destroy, which is actually funny because they have proclaimed they were here to help the less fortunate, how ironic is that?

I don't blame Jim one bit for losing his temper here as I would given the circumstances and hope that the people truly understand that this can easily happen to you!

  Just out of curiosity:

The restaurant owner is reported to have "voiced his displeasure with
the City of Moscow for not supporting them the way they had agreed
they would" (below). Precisely what type of support did the City (as
in our local government) promise and what did they fail to deliver?
