[Vision2020] Fire or what?

I wasn't on the call, but there was one that went out last night, and
usually, along with the ambulance being dispatched, police units and a
fire truck with resident first-responders will show up on scene as well.

No fire in this case.

So does anyone know what was happening at the University Inn last
evening?  
Was there a fire or just a scare of one?  Seemed like they were 
concentrating on the area that was just re-opened after last year's
fire.  
Seemed like a LOT of attention was being paid the place what with all
the 
responding units.
