[Vision2020] Fire or what?

So does anyone know what was happening at the University Inn last evening?  
Was there a fire or just a scare of one?  Seemed like they were 
concentrating on the area that was just re-opened after last year's fire.  
Seemed like a LOT of attention was being paid the place what with all the 
responding units.
