[Vision2020] Words Bring Pause

I haven't heard hispanics demanding we change our language to Spanish. I do
hear and see agencies and businesses trying to serve their clients and
customers. When I have to punch in my language choice, I save my resentment
for having to wait ten minutes before talking to an actual human, not that I
had to wait a few seconds to push a button on my phone.

And I'd point out that the speech in Tom's post was in English.
