[Vision2020] Fantasy vs. Reality Fourth Installment

As usual, HereDog can only attack, even when it's just a straw man or a piece of cardboard. 
He is one of the over-bred Dobermans of the Kirk---no room for real brains in that narrow little 
head, but he has been trained well to respond to certain stimuli. Sadly, he's so one-track that 
he is unable to grasp that he is making himself more laughable and repulsive with each post. 
He's a lot like GW Bush. What he says often makes no sense, what he really believes is 
anyone's guess, and still he persists in following his assigned course. Reminds one of 
lemmings....Forward over the cliff says Doug and forward over the cliff he goes.....

As for the imprecatory prayer, that could have been (and maybe was) written to be spouted by 
the high priest of the evil Satan worshipers in a really bad horror movie! Wouldn't be the first 
time Doug Wilson and crew plagarised....Absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention telling their own 
God how to behave and chastising him for not getting on with smiting their enemies!! ROTFL!!!!! 
It would be hysterical to watch it performed by Doug---just picture  Dom DeLouise imitating a 
Southern preacher!!! That won't leave your head for a day or two! 

HereDog and his pals are ridiculous. Doug Wilson is a bloviated bottom feeder being brought 
algae by these guys. Perhaps a gathering in Friendship Square to tell Doug jokes with a 
megaphone, laugh until it hurts, eat chocolate, and draw silly faces with arrows pointing at 
New St. Andrews? These culty overage juveniles don't deserve anything else. Remember those 
*Gother Than Thou* playing cards? How about *Kirkier Than Thou*? I'm up for designing 
them...

This appears to be a not-so-subtle slam against childless couples, and
that's exactly what the writer intended.  It's another example of not
only sheer idiocy, but the kind of juvenile, mocking, belligerent and
hateful crap that he's known for.  It's disgusting, and the object of
his sneering, who is my friend, doesn't deserve this.

But what do you, besides pray for a man who has mastered nothing that
matters and has missed out on the one thing that does.   In the Bible,
a man who has a lot of children is described as having a full quiver. 
And Doug's quiver is full.  It's his heart that's empty and his mind
that's sterile and fruitless.

df I am sure that this will allow others to read it as well. The part
that I respect the most out of the prayer is the part where it states
"... may his name and his line come to nothing." I take this to mean
that those who oppose the Living God will not have male children to
carry on the family name. And that this alleged choice of theirs is in
reality a judgement of God. I guess one can leave all of their
inheritance to the family pet!

prayer on KRFP, where Wilson suggests that his brand of imprecatory
prayer is meant to:

Does Doug Wilson believe in the constructive, show-them-the-light type
of imprecatory prayer or the more violent imprecatory prayer? Or does
it depend upon to whom he is addressing?

Keely, of course, says it all better than I....
however, I do have one comment on this issue of imprecatory prayer.
When Keely was debating Doug Wilson recently on KRFP, I called and
asked specifically about Doug's use of imprecatory prayer. He denied
that he ever prayed that people would suffer, as Job had suffered. His
denial is very different from the more recent statements on his
website quoted here earlier.... I wonder which time he was telling the
truth...BL
