[Vision2020] brief legislative update from Rep. Trail

Constituents:
 
It appears that we will be in Boise for another two weeks.    On March 10th
(Saturday) Sen. Schroeder and I will be holding a town meeting in Moscow at
the Sandpiper (Mark IV) from 8-10 am.   We will be reporting on events in
the Legislature.
 
I plan on getting out a more detailed report this coming Monday.
