[Vision2020] Mardi Gras

Since the owner of the "Beach" does not live in Moscow, what good would a 
petition do?  Not to mention that he does not listen to his employees much 
less could care less about what the community at large may have to say.  
Just a waste of time on a guy that is a waste of space, IMHO.  As long as 
the university students keep paying for the drinks and for the humiliation 
of being exposed for all to see while in various stages of drunkenness, the 
"Beach" is gonna keep going.
