Hi all,

I'm way below my quota of one posting on the viz per day, but even so, I'll just keep it at one.  Dale has a couple of posts on his site regarding the evils of celebrating the end of slavery in the United States.  See his highlights in red font on his latest one at:

Had Dale snipped two more sentences from the article linked in the post, he would have captured that "[police spokeswoman Toni} Chovanetz also said there was no connection [of the fatal beating]
to the nearby city-sponsored festival for Juneteenth, which
commemorates Texas slaves getting the word that they had been freed."
