[Vision2020] Killing grass

[Carl Westberg]

Donovan, Tim's post had to do with lawn care.  Nothing more.  If you wish to 
start a thread condemning the Moscow city council, how about starting a new 
one with that as the topic, rather than hijacking someone else's post and 
trying to turn it into something else altogether?   Carl Westberg Jr.
