for answering the question on everyone's mind "What did the Moscow School
District Know and When Did They Know It?"  Apparently they knew quite a bit,
all of which "was done completely out of the public's awareness with the
intent to avoid disruption to district operations."

Mr Doting Hero - Does this mean MSD is going to have a madman screaming
little fit of "ITS THE DISTRICT!  ITS THE DISTRICT! ITS THE DISTRICT! WE
HAVE TO THINK OF THE DISTRICT!"   Were this to happen, would it become one
of your "historical coincidences" to be "called to our attention"?  This
sounds frighteningly familiar to other little fits of which you have made us
aware.  What can it mean Mr Bob?  Surely you must have an answer?
