[Vision2020] Probation Office Gets Deal on Stalking Charges

I appreciate your support, keely.

After several off-line exchanges between myself and Sunil, I have learned a
considerable amount concerning how probation works and the various problems
our court system is forced to confront on a case-by-case basis. For that I
am grateful to Sunil.

I apologize to anybody who may have misconstrued the intent of my earlier
posting of an article concerning a probation officer in Kootenai County. It
was simply a matter of local interest that surfaced in the Spokesman Review
amidst our discussion on Sitler.

My point, Sunil, was simply to defend Hansen against charges that he "does
nothing" and that his website, Not On The Palouse, is simply useless.
Schwaller likely knows this, but it's easier to to criticize the messenger
than to consider his message.

I wasn't commenting at all on the probation officer in Dist. One and I
really wasn't referring to Sitler.
