[Vision2020] Baghdad Is Too Hot For Iraqi Leaders?

The Ambassador was asked just that question and his answer was this...ever 
watch c-spans coverage of the US Congress and notice all the empty seats?? 
Does it mean that those officials are not working? If Bush goes 
on 'vacation' does it mean that he does not KNOW what's happening?? This 
is the world of internet, cell phones and blogs so it is hard to not know 
what is going on in the world. They are working!
